PWAN ANALYSIS OF THE HATE SPEECH BILL 2019

The recent ongoing attempt by the Nigerian Senate to reintroduce a bill that seeks to penalize persons found guilty of hate speech in Nigeria has drawn the attention of the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria.
