She has over 14 years of expertise in litigation and corporate law. Hadiza attended the University of Wales, Cardiff where she earned her Law degree (LL.B). She also holds an LLM in Legal Aspects of Marine Affairs from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a BL from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, and the International Bar Association.

She was the Head of Chambers (Abuja), at J. B. Daudu & Co. She is experienced in Report Writing, Fundraising, Project Management, Grant Management, and Negotiation Skills
