Aisha Isa Yusuf is a Program Officer/Operations (Kano & Borno) with Partners West Africa Nigeria. She works across the organisation’s Rule of Law and Citizens security program areas.

She is a graduate of Common and Islamic Law and a Chartered Mediator with the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC). She has a special interest in human rights and public interest development law, this has enabled her to undertake a number of human rights cases for indigent clients on behalf of the organization.

Aisha is also an experienced community development worker. She has carried out individual and partnership community projects on Girl Child Education, Women’s participation in Governance, Sexual and Gender-Based Violence, Mediation and Environmental Protection.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, and International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA), an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, and is currently undergoing a Masters degree in Development Studies (MDS) at Bayero University, Kano.
