HR / Administrative Officer (Security Focal Person)Oseni Daniel Benjamin is an Administrative Officer/ Security Focal Person at the Rule of Law and Empowerment Initiative also known as Partners West Africa Nigeria (PWAN). He supports the Office Administration, Human Resources, and Logistics operations of the organization. He brings his expertise and experience in project support and personnel management, support in planning logistics and procurement, overseeing security operations and safety, support in event planning functions, report writing, and serving as the security focal person for the PWAN intervention area.
Daniel has previously volunteered for NGOs and worked with different private organizations for over 9 years. He has held administrative / Human Resources positions in the hospitality industries, education, security, and justice sectors for organizations including the Royal Institute for Training and Human Capital Development, Zuma Rock Resort, Jassure Education Visa and Travels Limited, Baze University, and been an independent vendor for Oxfam – Nigeria, and volunteered for Youth Alive Foundation in their program areas. Before this, he gained extensive experience in transport management and procurements whilst working for the Dangote Group.
He has a BS.c (Hons) in Industrial and Labour Relations from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago–Iwoye, Ogun State Nigeria. He is an associate member of the Institute of Personnel Managers of Nigeria (IPMA), and has training certification in Personal Field Security Training (PFST), Introduction to Project Management, and Developing Leadership Competencies (Philips Consulting).
